DFPS Event Request Form
MUST READ - DESCRIPTION OF EVENT REQUEST FORM:
The Alliance is happy to help with your events on a first come first serve basis and as our church partners are equipped and able to serve.
All event requests must be made 6 weeks before the event
- We can help with: CW graduations, unit meetings, special events
- We DO NOT guarantee the ability to fulfill every request but will do our best.
- We are unable to accommodate Friday meetings because most churches are closed.
- Upon submission, we will contact you within 72 hours.
- It may take up to 2-3 weeks to confirm if we can accommodate your request.
- REMEMBER: This is a request for an Alliance Church to host your event
