Your business can be part of a child’s healing community. Together we can end the foster care crisis.
You have heard about the foster crisis. Do you have a heart to leverage your business to serve children and families impacted by the foster care system but have no idea if that is possible?
Our Community Engagement Specialist will:
- Get to know you and your business.
- Identify strategic pieces that uniquely fit your business, team and passions
- Provide company-wide vision casting and any training or connections needed to start serving children and families.

It takes dozens of pieces to bring healing to children and families. It requires an Alliance of everyone playing their piece to bring restoration and healing to families.
Businesses typically fit in one or more of the buckets.
Examples include:
- Teams volunteer at Vault Fostering Community to stock donation supplies, help families shop or collect donations
- Teams assemble Caseworker Kits and deliver to units serving children
Examples include:
- LaShaude owns 2 Mathnasiums and donates tutoring services to children impacted by the system
- Goose Automotive mechanic shop donated their services to fix a grandmother’s car who recently had her two grandchildren placed with her and needed a car to get them to school and appointments
Examples include:
- Crawford Garage Doors, Carvajal Pharmacy, C12, Palo Verde Pools, donate yearly as a company
- USAA matches employee donations to nonprofits

Through our experiences, we’ve discovered which organizations are essential in providing support and resources to children, youth and families impacted by the foster care system.
Our goal with this guide is to help you find the right fit for your passion and skill set so that you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in need.
